These courses are designed for people who want to be able to produce fabulous food fast. Learn tricks of the trade, short cuts and how to present beautiful food. This course is ideal to increase your repertoire of meals and impress your friends.
3 nights stay 2 sessions of tuition per day. Accommodation, food and all equipment included. Cost from £495, extra nights are only £90 per room.

Who is this aimed at?
This course is aimed at people who want to work in the ski chalet environment. It is suitable for all adults. This course is aimed at giving people a better chance at getting a good job in the ski business. It will prepare you and give an in depth knowledge of what will be expected of you, including cooking, cleaning, budgeting, and general chalet management. It will encompass people skills and etiquette. And will give you a better chance of managing your time thereby getting the most out of your season.

Accommodation, food, 5.5 days of tuition, training, demonstrations and hands on experience.

How to manage and maintain a clean, safe, chalet environment.
How to budget, buy, prepare, cook and present high quality varied menus.
How to understand and prepare special dietary requirements, children's meals and how to be prepared for last minute changes.
Learn how to create a nutritious balanced 7 day menu plan for breakfasts afternoon cakes and biscuits, children's early meals and the highlight of the evening a 3, 4 or 5 course evening meal with canapés and petit fours.
How to lay tables, arrange simple flower arrangements open and present wines and manage an honesty bar and so much more...
